Under China's "Data in the East, Computing in the West program" policy, Guizhou may in the future host numerous data centers built in valleys, with its abundant valley terrain potentially serving as training data for drones.
Data annotators, wearing AR glasses, traverse nature to annotate data. As the infrastructure for the annotation system and the physical endpoint of cloud computing, Guizhou resembles a massive computing and storage stack. This project was inspired by Iris Long and Zike He's research project "Under the Could" and Bingqing Xia's study on digital labor.
